About Library
The library consists of around 2000 books. Several reports and journals are available. Library data is managed by using the E-Granthalaya software. GIPARD has also subscribed online access to ‘Economic & Political Weekly Journal’ and ‘Goa Kaido Act & Rules’.

Rules & Regulations
- Books are issued to the staff of GIPARDand trainees during the Training Period
- Mutilation, writing, scribbling, marking, cutting the pages are acts that will be severely dealt with.
- Smoking, eating food and drinking beverages is not allowed inside the Library.
- No material from the Library should be taken out without proper issuing at the circulation counter.
- Keep the library clean. Use the dustbins kept in the library to deposit any waste material.
- Use of cell phones is strictly prohibited in the library.
- If any book is lost the borrower is liable to replace it.
- Photocopy facility is available for reference books
Library timing –
9.30 a.m. to 5.45 p.m. Monday – Friday (Saturday occasional)
