I never knew what rights and benefits we could get through the Self-Help Groups. Then, I attended a three days training and understood the role of SHGs and VO, rights and powers of women through this VO. Madam Sarita and all the resource persons explained it beautifully, they were confident and had complete knowledge about the topics. Thank you very much for these trainings which helps us to understand the duties and rights of Women towards ourselves and towards society

GIPARD has provided me full support, to impart training to the trainees, take up intermittent tests by devising test papers, evaluate such test papers and ensure that the participants are fully acquainted with the subject matter as well as the provisions of Rules, as taken up by me, in the training programmes. It is pertinent to add that most of my trainees have been contacting me on certain service matters, wherein I have been attempting to clarify their slightest doubts, which gives me an opportunity to educate them as well as myself.
